	You must complete and submit this form along with a Personal Statement by February 16, 2007. Supplemental application materials are due on February 23, 2007.
	Supplemental Materials Deadline: February 23, 2007
	Application supplemental materials are letters of recommendation and transcripts. These materials must be received by February 23, 2007.
	Eligibility
	Participants must be U.S. citizens or permanent resident students who are enrolled in a degree program which leads to a bachelor's degree. Women and students from traditionally underrepresented groups and institutions are encouraged to apply.
	Your complete REU application must include the following items:
	Completed application form Personal statement Two letters of recommendation, preferably from Math and/or Science faculty at your institution. The letters should be written on university letterhead. Official Transcript
	Please note that complete application packets will be considered as they arrive. Admission will be done on a rolling basis.
