REU UCLA Physics & Astrophysics Summer Program June 22 to August 29, 2008
	Application Submission Deadline: February 22, 2008
	You must complete and submit the application form including a personal statement, letters of recommendation and transcript by February 22, 2008. Please note that complete application packets will be considered as they arrive. Admission will be done on a rolling basis starting February 8, 2008.
	Eligibility
	Participants must be U.S. citizens or permanent resident students who are enrolled in a degree program which leads to a bachelor's degree. Women and students from traditionally underrepresented groups and institutions are encouraged to apply.
	Your complete REU application must include the following items:
	Completed application form Personal statement Two letters of recommendation, preferably from Math and/or Science faculty at your institution. The letters should be written on university letterhead. Official Transcript
